Registration are now open !

The registration fees allow access to all conference activities & materials (including the welcome cocktail, coffee-breaks & lunches, the poster-session wine&snacks, and the gala dinner).

Prices include taxes (20% VTA).  

* An electronic copy of a VALID student card/certificate will have to be provided upon registration to benefit from the “PhD Student” fare.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please contact the organizing committee of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify organizing committee immediately. If provided written notice is received by May 15^th, 2019, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. For registrations cancelled after May 15^th, 2019, or for no-show at the conference, no refund will be given.
